Cancellation Policy: customers may cancel their service by notifying us in writing if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the service start time your card on file will be charged 50% of total services scheduled no-shows are 100% total services scheduled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with customers on a case by case basis to find a suitable resolution.
